Housing + Services = Success

Providing clients with safe, drug and alcohol free housing while they are working toward recovery significantly increases the chances for a successful outcome.  In addition to providing housing, we assist residents with a variety of supportive services including emotional support, food shopping, transportation, laundry facilities, personal hygiene, clothing,  and resume preparation.  To remain in BAFS housing, a resident must abide by our program rules, be actively involved in a program of recovery and remain drug and alcohol free.

Our Challenge

Most BAFS clients are homeless and nearly all have no income when they arrive.   While our rents are designed to be affordable for very low-income individuals,  most clients do not have the money to pay rent. While BAFS is grateful for the continuing financial support of several local agencies, residents must still be responsible for a portion of thier housing costs.

Your Support Can Help

For  $225, you can sponsor one individual’s housing costs for an entire month.  Your donation is tax-deductible.   You can make a difference!
